  • Only 2 letter sounds?

Only 2 letter sounds available with the free version. Not ready to spend $10 without trying more sounds and functions.
  • Fun with artic!

I enjoy having a variety of tools for my students. The game activities are motivating. Plus, who doesn't love the theme?
  • Great speech app

This is a great app for working on Speech sounds in therapy or home practice - it even includes tips on how to say the sound correctly! The pictures are clear and good choice of word targets. I love that you can practice at word, phrase, or sent level in all positions of the word. And I especially appreciate that the phrases are contextual to facilitate language learning. Some changes I'd like to see: the recording function has a delay & the sound hunt game is confusing because it doesn't indicate when they're all right. Overall a great app!
  • Fun and Easy to Use!

This is an easy app for parents, teachers, or SLPs to use to practice and support sound production skills! All consonant sounds are covered across words, phrases and sentences, and there is a sound production tutorial for those needing tips on how to elicit specific sounds. Recordings can be made for auditory feedback. Data is easy to take, and you can set it up for individual or group use. The app even tracks data. Graphics are nice and clean. Recommended for home or school use!
  • Useful

I often use this App as a resource when providing articulation therapy.
  • Good, but could be better!

There are a lot of nice features to this app. I especially like the very clear speech model provided within the app and how easy it is to navigate. I also like the multiple levels when practicing at the word level, but would love to see more than one level for the phrases and sentences too. I really dislike the fact that the first word in each sentence is not capitalized. Many of my students are learning that they need to capitalize the first word in a sentence, but this app does not help model that skill appropriately. I also wish there were more trials for each sound in each word position. The number of trials that I could get for some of the sounds was very limited. I think it would be best if there were at least 20 or more different words per each sound in each word position. Also, once you reach the end of the set of trials for a sound, this app requires that you either save, quit, or restart. When you restart it zeros out your score. Given the limited number of trials to begin with, I would like to be able to restart the word list, while adding on to the score.

  • Great Articulation App

This app is comparable to Articulation Station which I also own. It has the same features all the sounds in all positions and allows for word, phrase, and sentence target. You can also have multiple users at the same time and track data all in the app. I also appreciate the real life photos as well. In my opinion, this app can do everything Articulation Station has to offer and a way cheaper price tag. I would recommend this app to any SLP looking for an articulation app.

Further suggestions: being able to add words and/or select to have certain targets removed. More games would be great as well maybe hangman, dots and boxes etc.
  • Great

This app has all the sounds for one price, each sound has flash cards and the option to play memory. Definitely something kids will enjoy in therapy!
