Since last 3 updates the app is showing 1 notification in home screen although there are 0 notifications when app is opened. Also when opening time app while in HR4 it goes blank. 3 updates since and both bugs are still there.Rotary13b
Doesn’t load properly on my phone.
The app doesn’t load the dashboard or anything properly on my iPhone 13 running iOS 16.1.2

While the functionality could be hit and miss in the past, they have been making a lot of updates recently and this app makes it much easier to interface with the HR4 platform on the go.Iwata

Wrote a bad review it was taken down, sends tons and tons of notifications and under settings you cannot turn off notifications for anything only change how you receive them, still has issues loading to screens. Not a very functional or helpful app by any means.Speedy5590

App tells me there’s an update and can’t use it unless I update. Go to App Store and guess what? I’m on the latest version...Eightdown

We apologize if this is still the case. It is possible that older devices may become unsupported over time as older phones were no longer able to comply to Apple's new policies. We try not to do this often.
