How to cancel
It does not work on my side, and I don’t know how to cancel it.

First of all, it only has 5 locations, so whatever it advertise it’s a scam. I purchased for 3 months because it worked while I am in China, however, after the first half month, it stopped working. I contacted customer support and received no feedback on how to solve it. And it happens that every time you login, it shows your membership expired even though it’s not.

I purchased a year subscription after a week free trial for this app and after paying for a year using my balance in App Store they did not accredit balance to my account every time I try logging in it still asks that I purchase a plan please fix this and credit my account thanks
