FIXED - Previously, standard attributes were displayed on the Asset Record screen, even if you enabled the Hide option while updating an asset type on the Manage Asset Types page in Service Automation. We've fixed it. - Sometimes, when you completed a WO checklist during the check-out process, you might have seen a system error message. Clicking Retry, the error appeared again, and you couldn’t complete the checklist. Now, when the error unexpectedly appeared, you can click Retry button to finish the checklist. - You could received It looks like you have arrived push notifications for work orders located outside the GPS radius. You won’t be confused by this push notification anymore.

FIXED - Occasionally, during the check-out flow, the Compliance Acknowledgement section did not pop-up on the Leak Details screen for work orders with the EPA Leak Inspection category. We've brought it back. - On the Asset Record screen, you had to manually update the asset reading modified date when you edit the Value field. Now, after you change the value, the modified date will be updated automatically. - Selecting Add Photo and not allowing photo access on the Asset Record screen crashed the app. The app also crashed when you deleted photos from the Asset Record screen. Crashes are no fun, so the issue has been fixed.

FIXED - Those who logged in with a PIN faced an error message about update required even if you have the last app version installed. This error appeared when you entered the wrong PIN. We've corrected the message, and now it says: The UserID or Password you entered is incorrect, please try again. - Upon adding an attachment on a new work order, if you didn't allow access to photos, the app crash occurred. This won't happen anymore.

NEW - From now on, when you add the new meter reading, the Modified Date field will be automatically filled with the current date. You can modify the data by tapping this field. FIXED - On the Asset Record screen, the long names in the Asset Tag, Tag ID, Model Number, and Serial Number fields overlapped the field names, making it difficult to view them and other information. The long names look distinct now. - Previously, when you created an immediate transfer, the truck was prepopulated as a destination location, so you couldn't search by truck on the Source Location screen. To avoid confusion, the truck will no longer be prepopulated. To submit the transfer, you must select the destination location on the Cart screen. - When manually adding parts on the Part Used screen, you might have noticed duplicate part records on a work order. We've eliminated duplicates.

    Since newest update unable to create new work orders. Been over a week now and no progress into fixing it. Left out high and dry!!!! Have sent numerous screenshots and still nothing.

    How about the app doesn’t have to completely reload every time I swap to another app to get a number or something. OR timeout constantly. Also, how come the WO I’m logged in at doesn’t stay at the top of the screen. If I accept a WO, it doesn’t always go to my assigned jobs. This app is missing EVERY QOL function possible. Impossible to use. My work just implemented this app and now my job is 10x harder just to do simple tasks. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  • App does not work!

    It will not let you log in with PIN number. Keep getting error messages. PIN numbers are good because I can check in on phone just fine. PLEASE FIX!
