App unstable
Unstable app crashes frequently and doesn’t save last read location.
Login is very complex
Not intuitive app, the login process is very complex, it took me 30mins to find how to login. I have subscriptions to other magazine and the login is very simple....
My lose is your gain
I guess when you leave it to a bunch of academics they will do what is in their best interests and not that of the consumer. Will cancel the subscription after the painful move to the new app. Great content with horrible delivery.
