Really enjoy the game, but since the last update, lives aren’t refilling properly. It says “0” every time I log in. Have had to use gems to play. Please fix soon so I can keep enjoying the game!
Whomever thought this latest update with the gems and having a limit on undos and start overs should go stand in the corner. I payed close to $5 to remove the soul sucking adverts, but compared to the new construct of the app I’d gladly take a refund and sit through the ads once again. Just horrible.
I’ve enjoyed playing this game, but I’m now stuck on the Cheshire level. It isn’t giving me gold crowns when I win in the last 10 rounds of the level. So I can’t level up despite having won.
I’m on the Essex level, quite far into the game. When I win a game it doesn’t give me credit for it (silver doesn’t change to gold), so now I’m stuck here even though I’m winning!
This happened before on a different level, and eventually fixed itself after months of not playing. It’s been months, so I gave it another try and I’m still stuck!
I hope someone reads this and fixes it so I can go back and play. Otherwise I’ll have to delete the game and downgrade my rating!!

Hi Becky, thank you for your report, these issues should now be resolved.I loved this solitaire game, it’s great, even with the ads. However, there is a glitch that has now rendered the game unplayable. Others have mentioned it, but to reiterate, I was playing one of the castles (Cheshire, to be exact), and after I finished a level, it turned the rest of the levels silver. Now, even if I beat the levels with a silver crown (you need a certain amount of gold crowns per castle to move forward in the game), it remains silver. It is impossible for me to earn any more gold crows and I am now stuck indefinitely. And no, I didn’t run out of moves, I made sure and played and watched my move count to make sure, it’s just a glitch that the developer is not fixing apparently. Sad.

Thank you for your report, these issues should now be resolved. I’ve been having tons of fun with this game recently. It has beautiful art and smooth play, although the ads can be a touch overboard.
Unfortunately, the app crashed after I finished a game several days ago and ever since then, it has been crashing upon startup every time I attempt to open the app. I have tried rebooting my phone, but I am afraid of uninstalling and reinstalling for fear that I’ll lose all my progress.
Apart from this however, this is the best solitaire app that I have ever had the pleasure to play. The adventure style of the levels assured me that there is a way to beat every level, which helps motivate me to take the time to complete them, no matter how difficult that specific level may be.

This game used to be awesome. Love that you added the gold coins. But now when I play it's very glitchy. I win a game and the crown never turns gold, even after multiple plays/wins. I Silver skip a game and all the crowns on the entire board turn silver even games I have not played. I click silver skip or gold skip and sometimes it does nothing. Please fix these glitches!! 😬

After completing a level, you are shown an ad.
No matter which game mode you select to play in the next level (draw 3 or draw 1) it will randomly select the opposite choice, the one the user didn't pick.
Another way it will do this, is that if a user consistently plays in one mode and goes on to another level, it will sometimes remember you were playing with one of the specific modes automatically. Other times it will switch to a mode you haven't been playing in.
Why does it do this? Because if you need to replay a level or exit a level entirely or skip a level, you will almost always be shown an ad.
So if it throws you into the wrong game mode, whoops, their bad, but here's an ad real quick even if you just saw one.
Way to manipulate your users into removing the ads for $$. Good business plan, definitely gonna develop trust in your user base.

Definitely not our intention, and we want our users that don't buy removal of ads to enjoy the game just as much (at no cost) as the users that do remove them. Until this bug is fixed, during any game, you can go into "settings" on the bottom left, and switch between Draw 1 or Draw 3 and you will never see an ad by just changing that option. We're looking into this issue and will try and fix asap. I'd like to play other solitaire layouts. I play on my iPad, so I wish it had the option to rotate to horizontal orientation.
