Terrible service
Terrible service. The app doesn’t refresh with the latest information and status. They have also lost 2 of my packages in the last 3 months and fail to take any accountability even though FedEx confirmed delivery.

Sometimes it’s better to not have applications rather than having something purely working
Poor performance, easy reproducible crashes.

Great Customer Service and Delivery
I’d like to leave my review on 2 key factors:
1. Delivery: they delivered everything in a timely manner, in great condition, with no damage to our fragile products in our boxes. Tracking worked wonderfully in the process.
