  • Redeeming points for a product and your points being taken away for nothing

    I redeemed 11700 points for a google Home hub and it redirected me to the google page however it did not let me order this and still took away my points. I have contacted google but also the app developer via email but no response or solution. I wasted time doing training to redeem no reward at all
  • WHAT HAPPENED TO REWARDS!?

    They were there for like 30 seconds one day. Clicked on them to redeem my points & they disappeared.
  • Needs rewards and better optimization

    The app is a bit clunky to use on a phone, and it really needs some sort of reward system to keep sales associates using the app and learning about the products. Something similar to Intel’s Retails Edge program would be optimal.
  • Good for information, what's the point of earning points?

    I see the value in the training aspect but I don't understood why there is a competitive angle to it to earn points? The "rewards" section has been blank for more than a month. I have completed everything there is to complete and now the app seems totally pointless to even keep. Can we eventually convert these points to google play credits? Or redeem movie rentals for point levels? Perhaps even let us bank them toward our Google maps contribution points - at least they have begun giving some sort of reward for having achieved a certain level of points there. I want to like the app, I'm just simply at a dead end.
