Doesn’t let me log in
This app continually forgets my login details, forgets I have FaceId set, meaning I have to login via the web - reset my password and reset all the security questions.
I’ve just tried logging in this morning and it has asked me to answer all five security questions - with the added bonus of not telling me which actual questions I set in the first place! I have to choose the correct question, and remember the answer.

This app quite frankly should be removed from the App Store. It’s appalling and, judging by the other reviews, the vast, vast majority are of the same view. I’ve spent hours, literally hours, trying to access this app. When I finally get through and try again a few days later, it doesn’t recognise my credentials so I have to go through the whole process all over again. The developers seem intent on doing absolutely nothing about it judging by the other comments. Needless to say, I’ve deleted.Show lessI can never login in this app
No matter how many times I have activated Face ID in the app, how many times I reset the password or save the password, I’m never able to log in. I always have to come to work and reset it through my work computer and then when I try to access it at home, it never works again. Given that I have access to my benefits choice at work, this app doesn’t solve the only problem it was supposed to solve- for employees to be able to access their benefits at home, from mobile app, when they actually have time to review the offered benefits and budget for them. In short - useless.Show less
