Billing disaster
I often get double billed for in app purchases. iTunes has stopped giving me refunds. Which is severely frustrating to say the least. I had to unlink PayPal so they didn’t have access to any of my major accounts. Still makes me super mad. I hate to think of all the money pointlessly taken from me. Customer support is non existent. I’ve had players threaten to kill my children. No way to block. Translation issues not only in chat but in actual gameplay. Concept of game is good and I enjoy. But not worth being robbed over. Definitely a typical pay to win gaming scenario. And you better be willing to double what you pay. A lot of bugs here and there. Again.... reaching out to support is pointless. New maiden feature is a sexist nightmare and really has no place in the game. I know a lot of people that have quit playing and I feel that I will soon as well. Love this game! There is so much to do and plenty to keep you interested.
The only problem with it is the lack of customer support and guidance on the game. Other than that though, the game is awesomebizzgy1.3
The Next Great MMORPG
Good up and coming MMORPG game that keeps getting better. Easier to protect your investment compared to many others like it. Love the battle mechanics and to have both PvP and PvE battle scenarios.Pandaman66127
Nostalgic and intricate
The game is a flashback to the days when I played heroes of might and magic. Despite being more complex, the community is fun, the updates come frequently, and, somehow, you find yourself wanting more. Only reason I give four stars is because if you don’t pay, be prepared for the uphill battle to stay relevant.Show lessziggafur

Fun but lacking support
This is a fun and addictive game. It’s good to work together in an alliance. The pay to win factor is annoying but that seems to be the thing with all games these days. To stay alive you just need to stick close to a strong alliance.

Not quite there
Fun game, but total cash cow. Once u hit a certain level the game dulls because you can’t compete with players who spends hundreds of dollars and are far stronger than you. Worst Customer Service Ever
I have written on the facebook page, written on the game and have not heard from anyone! I have someone elses account linked to my fAcebook page and can not get on my game! I have put money into the game and am in love with the game over all but this is unexceptable! I need and want my account back! You owe me answers! Not bad
It’s no different then most games of this type but still it’s pretty well done up. My only complaint is that the games seems kinda show in when it comes to loading things and bugs out sometimes when you try building structures.deme2311
Terrible updates!!!!
The new hiding mine has to be upgraded to the level of the city before you can upgrade your hero’s further... the hiding mine cost as much rss’s as the city does. It penalizes new players or all players that’s not already at lvl 20!!!! Unless you want to spend double the money that everyone else spent to upgrade to compete, this is a terrible game!!!!
