Unable to either log into old accounts or create new ones
Has anyone faced the same issue? Everytime I tried to log in using one of my social media it kept saying “This account is an unsubscribed member. Unable to log in”, which is weird because I could still vote using them just August last year. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a button to create new accounts either. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i can’t watch ads to charge my hearts and stars
i’ve been using the app for a while now, and before the chamsin update i could easily watch ads and get free chamsin stars, but a few after the update i have consistently not been able to watch the ads to get the stars, i get a pop up saying that “there are no more ads to watch today” though i haven’t watched any, please sort this out.

It’s fun and all, and I speak Korean so I understand it, but for those who don’t speak Korean, it would be hard to use. Secondly, there are way too many ads and all of them are at least 30 seconds and you can’t even skip! It gets annoying all the time cause when I’m trying to take a quiz, I have to wait a minute to take it and to get the answer..

Language setting issues other that like the app
Say the app is in English and Korean but having a hard time trying to figure out how to change the language over to English. Wondering to get some help on that???? I use the app to vote for BTS!!

I have found this app awesome until the last update then I've had issues. Managed in log back in using a different log in account gutted that I lost the hearts and stars I’d accrued.
