The majority of the time I get an error stating there is a problem on their end, try again later. I once sat at a gas station for almost an hour trying to unlock my cards, and finally was able to get through to someone on the phone. They unlocked my card after several minutes of arguing as to why they were locked in the first place. The rep couldn’t fathom my locking the cards in the app.
I haven’t been able to unlock my debit or credit cards through the app for two days and no one has a good answer as to why. Please update this app so that it actually works. (I’ve tried on several devices including an iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 11, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S20 Ultra.) It’s to the point where I carry other cards because I know this is an issue.
