Poor customer interface with service tec
My wife brought our 2020 Honda Odyssey in due to the back up alarm system not working after consulting with the service tech at the desk the service test told my wife that our car did not have the back up alarm system which my wife has already used in the past after confrontation between the two of them my wife went and got a sales person which agreed with my wife that the odyssey does have a back up alarm system which the service tech never admitted that he was an error poor service tech relationship with customer
