Don’t do it
This company should have a conscious and stop selling garbage items. Their developers are in over their heads and can’t put together a working app. I wrote code for programs 15 years ago and it’s now (obviously) obsolete- this app is the same. App won’t work on updated Apple iPhone
I’ve called multiple times and each time they say the App will be updated. I’ve heard several different dates. The last one was the week after Christmas. Worked great until iPhones have to be upgraded. They aren’t keeping up with Apple IOS versions. Bummer.broken software app

Don’t waste you time on buying anything from SGHome. The products work at first then they don’t. They never update their apps to go along with phone updates. Horrible. I’m buying from another businessRunnynay

Purchased an SG unit early in December 2019. Can not use it with IOS until app is updated. So I paid $300.00 for a $7.00 clock. Waiting for app to update.mjcatl69
Unable to setup an account
Tech support is very poor. Downloaded app and put in email and password and there is no button to move forward. There is a problem with the app. Needs bugs cleared outmt dora ron

App continually crashes while viewing camera, other then that it works good.bob215710
App works, Notifications work!
I am not sure why others are having issues, probably network based or perhaps it’s their phone but the app works great. I record to the cloud which is convenient and the app alerts me to motion. The covert camera is great, no one ever knows it’s there.
