this app has allowed access to persons that manufacture and distribute child pornography with intent to conduct phishing scams, stalk, harrass and sextortion. These persons manufacture child pornographic pictures then upload these images on pornhub sites, set up internet connections, enter email, bank accounts, location apps with intent to extort and harrass persons like true spies then report their findings to the authorities and hide all while remaining annonymous.Show lessdice276k
It works when it wants to work
This app is absolutely useless… there’s no constant updated alerts about long active detour and the constant long standing message of “technical difficulties” is enough to make me screen in frustration… Whomever code this app was given to their child as a middle school project and everyone in upper management said “Yeah it’s good enough for us”

Trip Planner
Has a system error since 2020. Not easy to plan a route. Bus stops physically don’t have the stops name to correlate with the app. Really not easy to use. Almost worthless.cre8ev
Needs improvement
This app is really kind of sad. In other cities you can use their metro app to purchase your bus ticket and the interface to search for routes is so much easier since they access Google maps. 👎🏽 Get to the 21st century!342626377383
Used to work, not sure what happened
I’m disabled (don’t physically look it) but I have to take the bus of it so the bus it always my go to! But anyways, this app has been on my phone for the longest! When I needed the exact time I needed to be at the bus stop so I can be at school on time, I’d check the app but for the past few months you’re not able to check. You can’t even check the schedules. You have to go on the sun metro website and download the schedules which can be a hassle. The app needs an update please.Show lessBauman3111
Pretty good
I don’t know what glitches other are reporting about. This app is far superior to the website and DOES include a realtime street map to check your progress.
I wish the antiquated and unused rail car was never built and funds diverted to the BRIO system that is years behind schedule.806Dig
Unusable
App is unusable. Poorly designed. Hard to achieve anything through this interface. Another example of El Paso being cheap. Other comment that is 5 stars is clearly someone who works for the city.Driver0000000000001
Great app
I believe Sun Metro is on the right track. The app provides great information when out of the office. It allows me to schedule my trips and transfers. Also includes the streetcar schedules and view this on a map. From nothing to this - awesome work. I'm sure you have something else in the works. Let's just be patient. Look at the bright side - you didn't have this option before. Now that people have something they have to comment. Keep up the great work.Show lessEltineiller

Trust me, I ride the bus regularly. El Paso needs to fork over some funds and help the developers make this better.
