If u select no, it doesn’t permit any interaction with their frames and blocks the connection to the leave an App Store rating from within the app. I had to go to the App Store to leave this rating. Great App so far. I've been playing around with a few of the backgrounds, and I'm really impressed. They're so many to choose from. I can turn any basic picture into a work of art. No issues so far...loving the app, and having fun with it. Using iPhone 6 PlusPoohs220
