Not as good as it was
Cannot keep cameras connected…..have to constantly delete and reconnect cameras….horrible apphuskersforever
Could be better with one minor fix!
Works well but the time stamp is 5 hours ahead. Shows as 5:00 PM when it’s actually noon. No option to change this. Should use the phone’s time but it does not. Very amateur bug that can be fixed in a matter of seconds.GTMel

I don’t think this is an app that the company who makes it really cares about.
Maybe if I knew how to read Japanese I could get support and find out why the password keeps deciding to not work. Or why it keeps disconnecting? Or how to view it remotely? Or why the notification never show up?Thigh foggy i
More features would be nice to have
The date and time is off on the video camera and as far as I can tell, there is no provision made anywhere to be able to correct it. The settings made to the camera do not seem to stick. Sometimes the light is on when it shouldn’t be and sometimes vice versa. It would be nice to know in the App if the light is currents on or off and at what brightness it’s currently at, so you don’t have to keep checking outside to see if it’s operating correctly.Show lessel.kabong

Issues galore
So I finally managed to get my phone to hook to the light. I saw footage and recorded a bit to test it. However, when I closed app and opened it back up the device is not showing.... so I added it again and the app says already added and can’t add again!! Goodness it should not be so difficult!!Unhappy User 36
No longer connects
It has happened a couple times where my camera gets stuck in Connecting mode. I've had to delete and reset it. Just installed last week...ahardy115
