Extremely useful with room for improvement
Services and features such as Number association, Super card, Call and Usage details, Tax Certificate and available VAS are just amazing. However I would suggest updating the UI and navigation of app.

Excellent app, however desperately needs an update for ios 11
Could be better
App save password, multiple account doesn't work. Not very user friendly although most features are there. Can improve more in functions and options. Appreciate overall though. Oh Yes, world is moving to 5g and Ufone still stuck with 3g ;)
Handy app but with bugs
Updated: '301-CNIC already registered' still persists!! Can't make payments via debit/credit cards because of this error. Anyone care to fix this? It's been months!
Misrepresentation.
Not even a single feature regarding the availability of viewing our correct bill or paying it off is present. And the functions are yet to be available. Such a time wastage to download this app

Looking forward for future updates to make life more easy. There are many things that we dont even use or know about. I just told my friends about it and they r amazed that ufone is missing out on social media where even if someone goes to try a juice they will update a status. Think on that ufone

Bad UI
The app is outdated in design. Even the logo is not native for ios. Need to fix its UI and poor work by UX designer.
