Ya offer all that works we buy dash cams now we can't even use our old cameras I've sent capture few emails this joke why sell sumfin if ya gunna take away the way to use the app not on

Support was really good. Fixed ios problem. Turn to flight mode and make sure choosing correct network in the app.
It can connect
It's November 2023 and i got my iphone to connect. But i had to turn off mobile data while it was connecting, then turn it back on again. Not ideal but it works. I otherwise like this product.
No phone connection
I have tried on numerous occasions to get this app to connect to my phone. Used to work but then stopped. Have tried uninstalling, forgetting on wi-fi, reinstalling, nothing works. Very disappointing.
Terrible
No update in 3 years. Doesn’t connect to my car. Even before then the gps has randomly broken 3 times. Would never recommend this to anyone. Do not buy a product from these people.
Can no longer connect
Not sure when I lost the ability to connect - maybe 6 months ago? - but I’m on ios 15, and can’t connect to the wifi.
No support, don’t waste your money
Cleary there’s an issue with the app, which is required to adjust anything and everything about the camera, inoperable for many IOS updated now and no sign of any attempt to address. The poor grammar in the app description is probably sufficient warning to steer clear. I will be spending my money on an alternative brand that reviews show, provides ongoing support.

Doesn’t connect with iOS updates
This camera is now useless. As the software isn’t updated with each iOS update I essentially have to throw the camera away and start again. Like others all over the internet, I can not connect to the camera
Connections issues
Pretty slack to spend $100’s on a device that developers will not update the App to keep with current iOS.
Was pretty happy with camera, but without app is pretty useless now.
Stick with main stream larger brands for guaranteed support & development.

Works but improvements needed
The app works ok but it needs some improvements to make it more user friendly. Like time stamp the thumbnails for example. This app never seems to get updated.
