You have a serious flaw in your ticketing purchasing system.
Currently, after purchasing a ticket, instead of a instant notification to the user notifying that their purchase is successful, there is a 1 hour delay.
This caused me, a first time in-app ticket purchaser, to unintentionally purchase tickets twice as I did not know about that ridiculous one hour delay.
When I called up the customer hotline, all they answered was a very stupid “there is a one hour delay for the confirmation email to be sent to tour email and we cannot do anything else about it.” I asked for a refund on the second purchase but no answer was given.
Please for God’s sake, update your app to have big bold capital red letters to warn buyers of this stupid system of yours!! If not just take down the stupid app.
