Feeder waste of money as app doesn’t load
I was bought 3 of these for when I moved but as you cant get the app on the phone the feeders are able to use in way intending. Just glorified push button feed dispensing a measure amount of food.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Simply doesn’t work anywhere, tried different phones, tablets and PC, nothing works. No support whatsoever. Can’t login for months now. Can’t program the autofeeder anymore. Most useless Chinese crap I’ve ever seen. Even when it worked, a year ago, most of the app functions weren’t translated or didn’t actually do what was supposed to do.

Unreliable. It won’t sync, it disconnects, it’s not easy to set up.
Doesn’t work at all.
This is a big investment. Now you CAN’T LOGIN to the app at all, therefore you can’t change the feeding schedule. It is CONTINUOUSLY FEEDING which is not helpful. Since you can’t login you can’t access the camera or any other thing. I did not get any response from any technical support after contacting them. This was amazing in the beginning now it is heartbreaking that it doesn’t work anymore. So sad.

Please please fix bugs
This was working beautifully and now the automatic feeding is squirrelly. Please please provide an update or bug fix on this app. I am begging you!!
Very poor app
The hardware is good but let down badly by a very poor quality Chinese app. There is very little that’s good to say about the app, currently I am unable to log on. There are so many things wrong with the app I don’t know where to start! Time out of sync, unable to add or delete programmed feeding times, unable to change video recording format, random Chinese text popping up now and then etc etc. It’s a real shame as the feeder itself is not bad. My advice would be to avoid. It will only stress you out as you fail miserably to rectify the many faults!

Works ok, but could be better
A bit buggy displaying text, sometimes Chinese characters appear. In the feeding log, there are multiple entries for the same event. Would like a setting option to choose the default time zone on the feeder. Mine is 8 hours ahead of uk time, so had to program feeding times accordingly.you can see the time it is set to on the video.
