  • Phone doesn’t connect to lights unless light are unplugged

Look I don’t want to sound rude but this is ridicules I’ve had these light for almost 4 years now and I’ve always wanted to use the app but my phone would only connect to the lights of the rgb was unplugged which defeats the whole Bluetooth thing. I just saw that the app got an update and re download it and my phone connected to the light I was happy I was able to turn them off and on finally until less then 30 seconds later my phone disconnected from the light no longer letting me connect to the light again unless the light are unplugged please please just fix this my actual is no longer working so this is my only option
  • Great app!

I love the app, and I love that I’m able to pick custom colors and save them so I don’t have to keep trying to find it on the color circle. I also love the fact that I can name the different light strips on my phone because I have one strip in my wall and another on my tv, so I like that it’s easy for me to know which one is which; since on my phone it shows up with two different light strips to connect to. I do have one suggestion though, I think it could be a good Idea to be able to choose the brightness of your lights in dark mode (or bedtime mode whatever) If someone maybe likes the lights to be a little dimmer at night or brighter (whichever) , but anyway I think it might be a good idea!
In conclusion I love your app and doesn’t really think it needs to be improved (lol except for my one comment, but if you guys have a certain program or something or doesn’t seem like an important thing to improve that’s fine!) I just wanted to put out my input since I’ve been using these lights for a while.
  • Lights work - additional features, not so much

The lights are great. Remote works. App connects just fine and the features there are nice. It feels like there is more flexibility with the app than the remote.

That being said, the music feature is disappointing. The expectation was that the lights would go along with the beat of the song that is currently playing. What you get is a preprogrammed light show with select songs. Most of my library doesn’t show in the app. You have to play music from the app for it to work and even then it only works with the two songs that are already there.
