Healthbook now receives real-time hospital notifications via the ENS Alerts system. Each type of Alert has a corresponding icon for each alert type. Each alert listed also contains the “Last Action Date” and who the action was “Taken By”. The User can update the alert with a specific action including “Contacted Patient/Caregiver”, “Contacted Attending Physician”, or “No Action Required”. The alert can also be forwarded to anyone within the organization with specific notes or instructions. The notifications are delivered in a very simple and friendly messaging system. This allows each organization to take action in real-time to support timely and efficient clinical decision-making. This results in reduced lengths of stay and more efficient quality of care delivery.

- A Sent folder is being added to go back and see messages a user sent. - For recipient to be able to see everyone else copied in message. - Option to click REPLY or REPLY ALL, identical to Microsoft Outlook. - In the message thread improve the view for a better distinction between messages. - Hide all HIE alerts that are not event types: Admission, Emergency Room, and Discharge. (User may still go to filters and decide to view all event types, but the default event types will be Admission, Emergency Room, and Discharge) - Create new message and attach a member’s hyperlink to message.

ENS Alerts – Provides real-time alerts to the user for any patients who visit an acute care facility. The alerts provide basic information about where the patient is being seen as well as their chief medical Complaint. Reduce over-utilization & bed days with increased efficiency. Notifications – View all messages received via Text, Voicemail, or Email. Member Alert Section – Click on the new bell icon and view a list of all Alerts received. Click on an individual alert to see the details. Provider Page – Click on the PCP link from within any alert to view the details on the patient’s Primary Care Physician [PCP]. RAF Scores – The Risk Adjustment Factor [RAF] scores have been added to every section for easy reference.

This version now supports accessibility at the “Patient Level” allowing the user to view their medical information. The Current and Projected RAF Scores were added to the "Member Summary” section. The RAF Weight(s) were added to the “HCC” Section. Sort capabilities were added for the fields “RAF Weight” and “Last Date Of Service” in the “HCC” section. A new section labeled "Referrals" has been added. This area allows the Patient to see all of their approved referrals from their PCP.
