Can’t even connect my keypad to my 2.4hz network. Support is a joke its no help at all. Waist of money!Fireace08
App does not work, leaves device useless
Brand new keypad on iOS 13, and you simply cannot use it. The LED says that it has connected to the network, but the app cannot see this and simply stays in the “Configuring” state until the device gives up. The website has a support button that simply repeats the help prompt over and over.Solvia
Worthless device
This unit costs entirely too much considering. Having to remember to charge it every couple of days (even if it doesn’t get used) is absurd. And now it is worthless because it will not update to the new firmware and pare with my devices. PIECE OF JUNKJujubede
Product is JUNK
Battery is to last 3-6 months - does not - only last two to three days - $100.00 wasted.
I only use a few times since I purchased - fully charged - maybe 10 button presses - battery dies after sitting for a few days.

Doesn’t work
The app and device is terrible. It doesn’t work, firmware will not upgrade. Overpriced device that doesn’t talk to the app. Going straight back for a refundM.S.M Esq
