Great fishing app
I’ve been using this app for several months now and it is truly great! It is really fast and easy to input data while on the water and the data is so easy to review later. I tried multiple similar apps and this is by far the best!can't touch this!!!

A few tweaks and it would be perfect
I’ve used this for two years and really like it. It would be better if you added a field for type of rig like a Ned rig, Tokyo rig, Carolina rig, etc. Also of you could add notes field to the stats so you could sort by that.Rich Keister
Great app but….
I love this app and it does exactly what I want it to do but I wish it saved the data to the iCloud when I upgrade devices all my data goes too. It may do it but I can’t find confirmation. Also share my data between iPad and iPhone so I can have it anywhere.Moffer99

I’m glad you love it. If you backup your device before you switch to a new device, that will copy all FishingSmart data to the cloud. Then build the new device using that backup. That will copy all your existing data for all apps, including FishingSmart data, to your new phone. As far as using the app across multiple devices like an iPad and iPhone, that is planned for a future release. This is the best fishing log app I have found. I used this app to log more than 600 fish last year and I love it.
No other app I’ve found automatically captures precise location through GPS, records the date and time and automatically records the weather conditions. You can quickly and easily capture all other important details about each catch.
I stopped just short of five stars because it would help to have a field for trailers and trailer color in the lure section.Show less*Wolf66*

Thanks so much. I’m glad you like FishingSmart and have been using it so much. Congrats on catching 600 fish! I think that’s a good idea adding a secondary lure/trailer and color. Glad you like the app. I had originally designed the app to go across devices, but before I completed it, Apple removed the feature I was going to use. There is a new iCloud feature that might be able to work, but don’t know if it supports the complex database structures I use. I will research. I use this all the time. Keeps track of everything and has made me a more effective fisherman. Love the maps and filters that allow me to view my catches any way I want to see them. And it’s all so easy to enter the data....no wasted time on the water.GGRuthie

Can’t say enough about how much my Son and I love to look back from summers past and see all the fish we caught and remember the weather that day, the location and what we used to catch the fish. Fun and easy app!fishinghawk81
The best fishing log ever
FishingSmart keeps track of everything and it’s fast. Most fields auto fill so you can log a catch quickly while on the water. I love how I can go back and look at where I caught fish at the same time the previous year. If you love to fish this is a must have app.Flyleader
