  • Beware of Fraudulent ads

I’m getting a significant amount of ads and most of which are very fraudulent and fishy. Many ads when you click on the x will send you to their website with who knows what will end up in your device. Scamming ads, poorly rendered ads, fake ads, you name it. I wish I could give this game zero stars because of how poorly monitored the ads are. Unfortunately this game is only for the purpose of fetch points. As soon as I get the points for playing to a certain point, this game will be deleted and never to be installed or played again. There are better solitaire apps out there which don’t have any ads and it’s still free to play. I truly hope the developers of this app see this and get to work fixing the mess they’ve created with poor approval of ads. I suspect devs are greedy to the point they’ll let you destroy your device with viruses because they get paid to put their ads and links up.

  • Too many ads and features barely work

I downloaded this game and it’s just flooded with ads. Move from one app back to the game? Ad. Swipe down your notifications screen then return to the game? Ad. Too many. When you try to voluntarily watch an ad to unlock a shuffle or magic, you get two ads and it doesn’t unlock the shuffle or magic. So you have to watch another if you really need the shuffle or magic. The developers state that ads are how people support the game, however, there are way too many ads here. There’s not even an option to pay the developer a fee to remove ads. Definitely not ideal. There tons of Solitare apps on the Apple Store and quite frankly, you should pick one of them, not this one.

  • Update is not good change

I have been happy with this game for years - that is until I was forced to update to “keep functionality.” Now everything is bigger, taking up more screen real estate, and it seems to me the devs have gone the flashy route by adding a ‘magic’ button which lets you, the player, reveal a hidden card. This makes it an ‘acceptable’ cheat basically. This is a feature I won’t use. Even the score page has been oversized and simplified. I had no trouble understanding the previous version, and it’s an affront on intelligence that someone thought it would be better to put the stats into big flashy bubbles … I’m heartily disappointed with the update and wish I could go back.

  • Continually Crashes

I downloaded this for Fetch points. Went to play this morning and the app crashes every time I try to open it. I updated and still have the same problem. Restarted my phone, still happens. Clicked on the app support and can't connect to the website. Nothing else on my end has changed that I'm aware of, but as onlf now I'm unable to play to collect the rest of my points.

I understand the need for ads, but there's a time and a place. When I pull my notification bar down to pause my music, it triggers an ad. When I finish each game, it triggers an ad - you finally get back to the game and OOPS another ad. Just another game that will be relegated to the graveyard.

  • Good but too many ads

I played this game for atlas earth and completed 500 games. Gameplay is great with a lot of options for backgrounds and card art. You can play deal 1 or deal 3 and it lets you tap a card to move it to a space instead of forcing you to move it yourself which is great. This game does suffer from way too many ads and no option to pay to remove them. You have to watch a full ad after every single game and it would’ve been nice if it was every other game or every 3 games so it doesn’t feel like an ad grind with occasional gameplay.

  • Horrible - Only Played for Fetch Points

Worst solitaire game. The cards aren’t even shuffled. They are pre-set to immediately have a run, then you just go through the same tired moves to get to the bottom card in the furthest right column. Two suits will be almost done before you get the third, then a big run. Every so often, though - at an increased rate as you near milestones - cards are set in such a way that you have to watch a series of ads to finish. And some of the ads overlap, meaning you watch an ad to get the “bonus,” then a second fake ad pops up while the game plays itself behind the ad. I say “fake” ad because the “celebrity spokespeople” CLEARLY aren’t “speaking” (not their voice dubbed over a video that their lips don’t match the words, like the worst Godzilla dub you’ve ever seen, only not fun) about the product being advertised. And almost every ad is an attempt to scam you.

Honestly, I couldn’t wait to get to the final stage I needed to get my Fetch rewards and delete this horrible, horrible game. The Fetch points, in hindsight, we’re not worth it.

And I don’t need a response from the support team. I won’t see it as I am deleting the app as soon as I finish typing this.

Stay away from this game. It is SO bad.

  • Mobile Game Ads Need to be Banned

Legit the only reason I have this game is to win points in the Fetch app. If I didn’t have Fetch, I probably would have deleted this game with how many ads there are. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS like omg! You go to the settings, close the settings (in the game!), Ads. You switch out of the app to answer a text and switch back, Ads. You want to shuffle the deck - ok an Ad is fine - but once that’s done and you redeem the shuffle reward, ANOTHER AD! Literally I cannot play one solid game without having to encounter a dozen stupid ads. There are probably better solitaire games out there, and like I said, if I didn’t have Fetch, I’d be playing those other solitaire games instead.

  • The ads…

I’ve played many mobile games in the past, many of which have an over abundance of ads. Very rarely do I come across a game with so little to offer in terms of extra curricular stuff to in game. This is literally just regular solitaire with no catch. It can’t cost that much to run the game on a monthly basis. There’s no option to pay to remove the ads (I’d pay no more than $3) and when 1 ad finishes, another one immediately starts. The only way to play without watching 60 seconds of ads after each game is to close out the app after you win a game, then reload it so a new game starts. There are no other work arounds. Please find another solitaire app

  • Predictable and a bit boring …

When I first got this Solitaire game a couple of years ago, it was impossible to win. The game seemed rigged for players to lose and not progress to the higher levels. Lots of players must have complained because then the game developer went too far in the other direction. They modified the game so much that they made it predictable and very easy to complete in less than a minute, no matter the level of play. The game is now so predictable that it no longer challenges me at all, and it has become a bit boring. Surely, the game developers can strike a balance between a solitaire game that’s impossible to win, and one that’s too easy.

  • Hate the ads

    Update:
The x button to close ads works better now. However, I like to play at night while listen to headspace app sleepcasts. I put my phone on silent so the ads on the solitaire app don’t play with sound but it continues to stop my sleepcast from playing which is so frustrating. Hope that’s something that can get fixed.

I love this game and I like the apps settings for personalizing the background, etc. But I hate the ads. The ad content sometimes makes me uncomfortable and the X out button never works. I’d pay a subscription for no ads if it was available. So weird that they don’t have that feature. I feel like I might try a different game app that has upgrades for no ads.
