Terrible service
We had a annual subscription that was terminated early without explanation. No response to calls or messages. Terrible service.Palkus

Дуже подобається ця програма, особливо коли далеко від дому, дуже сумуєш за фільмами з нашим дубляжем. Тільки після оновлення, чомусь зникла бігова доріжка знизу екрану, тепер погано перемотувати фільми бо не бачиш по часу куди мотати, постійно домотую коли вже кінець фільму.Alina Likharova
Need better connection
Nice amount of channels but when you watch a show it freezes for a few min and then skips the few minutes. If the connection is better I would keep the app, but to pay for app that always freeze makes no sense.gabby101010101

Hello, thank you for the feedback. Actually we never have such problems with video. It would be great if you could reach our to our support team to help you find out what is the problem. In 99% freezing is on the customer side. Slow internet connection or an old device. We are ready to help you find a soluting 24/7. Anyway - we are soory to hear you did not have a great experience.I looove this app
I am using MEDIACAST for long time. Now it is even better than before. They got new cool channels. My kids love it sooo much! Finally my childen don't have to watch russian cartoons.

I’m trying to cancel the subscription but it isn’t letting me, it’s saying to go into iTunes to cancel it but there’s no option on there- when I signed up it said nothing about having to payDjdjdjdveb
Changes and good
This is a good Ukraine service app and good price. Where is the other channels. Please add them what are missing. Or unless there has to be more payment. Needs to show what are available in purchase and we need our own password. Please make sure all channels are working properly. The good part. I’m Ukrainian and I can finally watch it.Show lessPhilyx3
Can’t register, no support.
We have a friend from Ukraine staying with us and I would love to have Ukrainian programming available for her on our AppleTV. Unfortunately every time I try to sign up I get “register error”. I opened a ticket with their support weeks ago and never got a response.Cogsworth1972

I got the app about 6 month ago and have been using it since. The only times I have issues with it is during high streaming events like Eurovision (I guess too many people are using the service), but rather than that it works wellmrjlla
