Development is constantly disrupting our work!
We have been using ServiceCore for almost 2 years now, the first year we rarely ran into issues. This year specifically we’ve hit two massive issues that have completely disrupted of our work. first anytime you hit get directions from the app it would take you to some random location that could be a mile away from the actual location or even 50 miles away from the actual location. our driver spent a lot of time trying to figure out a work around on this.
And even bigger issue just came up today as I write this review, I just submit the request and I hope we can get this figured out soon because last time it took them over a month to resolve the mapping issue. But all of the jobs that have been assigned to our drivers since the last update they did do not show on the drivers apps and there’s nothing we can do to figure out how to fix it. they basically broke the system again It feels like.
last time we lost quite a bit of money working around this issue, this time it completely disrupt the work of we can’t get this resolved before Monday July 29th.Feels like it’s still in early stage of beta but billed $$$
The App fails often and often fails to attach pictures. On longer jobs with pictures with required signature I have had the app fail and loose all that information every time . This make use as a company look bad to our customers all because of there program has problems. The system should also not allow a driver to check in or out of a job when not on site.
As far as service core in general gos it has been around far to long and costs far too much to work as poorly as it does. Some things our great like reoccurring billing but feel at this point the system should be far more user friendly and be far less susceptible to user error.
Everything is alway going to fix some time in the future.
Last week there was a problem with the mapping and routing on the app, we found that some at service core were aware of the issue but did not relay the information to there customers or have a time line on the fix.
If they want to keep thier customers they will have to do better and fast.Fantastic App
