The app has several operational shortcomings that significantly impact user experience. It lacks flexibility, particularly in negotiating prices, which makes certain deals less attractive. Furthermore, the absence of customer service through chat or a fast communication method is a major drawback, as responses to emails typically take up to 24 hours. Even then, the support provided is often unhelpful and fails to offer meaningful assistance. Additionally, users must proactively request a deposit for the traveller’s reward, as it is not issued automatically. The app also suffers from frequent crashes and notification issues. Given these factors, along with the emergence of new competitors like “Hykerz,” which offer greater flexibility and more responsive customer service, it is likely that this app may struggle to retain its user base unless significant improvements are made.
