  • SCAM

    Last night me and my friends were bored so we decided to buy TNA Hard to Kill 2024, which was available for purchase for $40. Immediately after we purchased, we saw that there was no way that we could watch the pay per view. I emailed TNA+ customer service and they told me that they do not offer refunds directly and that I could not watch the PPV as we bought it after it concluded. But then WHY was the PPV available for purchase?? Now, I have to sit on the phone with Apple for hours just for a chance to get my money back because TNA won’t give it back themselves. I consider this an absolute scam from a small company that has no reason to be treating their customers like this. I’m just a kid, $40 is a lot to me, not to a wrestling company. Or is it? My advice: Stick to WWE.

  • The New TNA Wrestling Needs App Focus

    The app overall is good but needs work. The fact that I can’t go to the search menu and look up a specific wrestler makes it feel outdated. the app has logged me out multiple times, the PPV selection isn‘t current, and what I mean by that is I should have the same PPV’s that are listed in Fite TV even if it’s a week later. As of this writing (Using a Roku 4k Streaming Stick) I’m in the categories section and some of the boxes show things like “Latest Impact” or “Main Event Mondays” but some other boxes are blank with the generic “photo not found” image. I paid for the year, and it feels like I should’ve paid for the month to see how it was, but I’m invested in the Impact Wrestlers. I love this brand over the others that are out there because I feel like the group that’s here puts it all out there. It’s honestly a shame if going forward nothing is done t prioritize their app

  • Needs Work

    I like the UI and it’s rather easy to navigate. Plus it’s nice to re-live moments of TNA that I have seen and haven’t seen. The nostalgia aspect and the UI warrant three stars at best to me.

    However, app certainly has some issues that other streaming apps don’t have. Such as you can multi-task and let the video play and respond to a text message too.

    Also and this is a big one. If you exit out of watching a show, it’ll only save your spot once. If you plan on taking multiple breaks from a show keep that in mind. This will also linger past finishing the show. So if you finish the show, the app will have a pop-up that’ll say “resume from [timeframe]” or “watch from beginning”. It’ll remain in your Continue Watching from that point on. It’s an issue that be patched.
