Up date please
I got ‘‘tis app to work once then never again. Please fix this because it right now is a waste of space on my phone.

App not functioning correctly after recent updates
Since these last few updates the app isn’t functioning properly anymore just having the same error screen that states on the top “Something Went Wrong” EverCheck Wallet is unavailable right now. Please try again later with the try again button. Anytime you push the try again button nothing occurs and the same screen just stays on there. This has been going on for a couple of months now with no correction. I’ve contacted the support group but they keep stating that they’ve fixed the problem but it still isn’t functioning like before as I keep telling them.

Frustrating
App wont load—keep getting the “unavailable” message on my phone. Even trying to use the website on my laptop, the program to upload my license wont load. This is frustrating when i keep getting emails asking me why i havent uploaded my license yet.
Take a picture of my license
The app dosent even show where the button to take a picture of my license, it just disappeared
Don’t enable Face ID
I just downloaded the app and had entered the info to login, turned on Face ID and now I can’t get in to the app! Not a great start as my company requires us to use it.
The WORST!
This app and evercheck are awful! My company switched to this and it’s been nothing but trouble. The absolute definition of how technology makes life worse. My staff all have their required certifications, but they don’t show up correctly in the system! I receive regular LONG lists of staff that are supposedly expiring (that aren’t!). Multiple emails with the support team and no one can tell me why some certs show correctly and others don’t! It’s taking up MASSIVE amounts of my time and it’s ridiculous. Forget customer support!!! They have NO answers! Only a million questions with no help or resolution. Yuck!
To the Evercheck responder. I appreciate the response, but I e already tried all these things. HR refers me back to EVERCHECK, and evercheck doesn’t answer the phone. The email support is horrible. So I and fellow managers are beating our heads against a wall trying to make it work on our own. This is taking up hours and hours of my workday. I called customer service again today. The recording says: email us:( As I said, the WORST!

Can’t put in password
Just downloaded the app. I can’t even put in my password to open the app! Deleting it.
So frustrating
I can’t delete my expired certs, or update them. The App doesn’t work, nor does the website😭
