Doesn’t work
My husband got me this dashcam for Christmas. A great little cam.
However the app only works for him, whenever I try to get the media off it, the app crashes.
I’ve tried forgetting the cam on both devices, uninstalling the app from both devices, performing a factory reset and then pairing up just on my device, same problem. Husband can get videos no problem, it only crashes for me.
So basically I’ve got a great dashcam that is totally and utterly useless to me. Merry Christmas.
Also, if we’re being nitpicky, the tones every time it starts up are very annoying and you can’t turn them off. I wouldn’t mind if I could actually use the thing!!

Need update
Firmware update everytime I open the app and I can’t play video on the app
Keeps crashing when you want to review media!
Click on media to view and the app closes every single time! Please please sort this out as can’t even view videos taken on the dash cam! I will return this camera
