Good app with some limitations
This parking app is very useful (I used it in several cities in Lithuania), but has its limits related to availability of WiFi (better not!!) and payment methods. After switching off your phone you may need to log in again (it became much easier with SMS options).
Overall - the best local option.Great Belka
