Worse than the worst
I have the full white label version purchased via appsumo and let me tell you the truth about this app. It is unusable, I wouldn’t use it not even if they’d pay me to use it.
Better than ClickUp and Notion
Literally tried it all. Was with Monday for the first year of our business, then moved to Asana for a couple of years, then to Notion, then to ClickUp. The reason we kept moving was because they were all lacking key features, especially good client portals and client collaboration. We stumbled across Plutio when trying out Hubflo. I read an article about this app was better and thought I would give it a go and I’m honestly shocked. Thanks to this app we have project management similar to ClickUp, Chat and channels with clients and the team similar to slack, beautiful client portals better than hubflo, invoicing that links with our squareup account, the list goes on. I don’t understand why this app isn’t more popular. All it’s missing is task automation.

Works great…. When it works.
App functions well compared to the web/desktop version; but I find the app often has issues loading.
I’ve used Plutio for about 2 years when they were 1st getting started. Everything was great at the start, and a lot of the program works great for what we need; though the customer service has COMPLETELY disappeared. So if your looking for a service to assist with errors and/or make improvements based off of feedback…. Or simply respond to a question…. Plutio is no longer that solution. Used to be a 5-star rating

I am only getting things set up for my business, but the depth of options Plutio include has really bumped this to the top of my list.
To make the most out of it I found I really had to use the web version and then the mobile app was for being out and about.
If Plutio was able to track expenses, it would truly elevate it to a top tier app!!

Plutio is a truely functional and solid software. Functions galore - project manegement, contracts, team work, task management, workflow, forms, so so many.
I absolutely and throughly love it. Seeing the new app in the store is just like a cherry on top.
