Great Idea, Useless App
We own a late model Yamaha Grand Piano. From the piano we entered the model , serial number and date of manufacture AND confirmed this information with Yamaha. The data base has no ability to tune this piano. Guess Yamaha Grand Piano’s are too obscure for this App to have it in their database. Useless App!

You used the app in error. The app allows you to store piano information so that you can provide your customers with better services. This function is not used to contact piano manufacturers.
