Useful with various ring exercises and fun progressions. Restore purchase does not work. Paid once app got deleted then I was asked to pay again.Driver of the future

If you really want to learn MuscleUp. After getting started and moving to advance the $5.00 really is a thank you. A Trainer would have gotten 100 of dollars to teach you this. Thank youKnothead55

You can always find junk for free.
But inexpensive workout apps are hard to find.
For the price of coffee, you can have a great app that demonstrates the workout and gives you realistic goals to strive for during your workout.

Updated review: I’ve used this app for 7 workouts now.
I had a problem with the in-app purchase, but got it sorted out.
The embedded videos make it very clear what each exercise entails. Working through the Tough superset is straightforward. I like the superset format.
Getting started in the app it took me a minute to figure out how it worked. The problems I encountered were related to the purchase. Now that it’s cleared up, the app is great.
One small area for improvement: If you listen to music while using the app, every time you click on one of the exercise demonstrations, it pauses your music. You must then reopen the music app and push play unless you have an external play button. If this could be fixed, the app would be perfect.Show lessMinineo
