Does Not Return Home
After completing a task like paying for a card when I click the home button, it does not return home. Very slow app refresh. If I leave the app and return again, I get an error and I have to close the app and re-launch it.Humood KM
Application needs to be fixed
The app needs revamping and fixing for it to work efficiently. Its still slow, whenever i want to use my thameen points it glitches and shuts down or quits the app. I have been trying to use the points for travel with no use.
It makes you not want to use the apps and maybe cancel the credit card and move to another bank that has better online services and a better app.Show lessnoon167

Thameen not working at all

Absolutely the best in BH in terms of services but how come your app is so atrocious? The old UI wasn’t the best but much better than the recent release. Please, learn from ila bankGreat update
Developers did small revamp but great result
