    Great app!!!

  • Not working+violation of privacy

    After 8+ attempts to set up and verify my profile, I'm giving up. App doesn't say why face recognition fails. Nor does it give any info on why my ID document scan or info is not good enough.
    On top of that, when on a video call with their customer support for identification by operator (as their face recognition failed to provide a positive result multiple times in a row), then without prior warning nor asking my consent, the support person switched my phone's front camera to back camera saying they need me to show an ID document. The call was recorded, thus a video showing my HOME was recorded. That is an outrageous violation of privacy.

  • This app is not working

    Once registered when you try to log in it pops a message: Server error. Multiple attempts with latest iOS

    Dear valued customer, We have a temporary restriction on using the Evrotrust mobile app on more than one device. To be able to use our app on a new device, you need to deactivate your account on the previous one. For more information contact us at support@evrotrust.com.
  • Skip this, doesn't work on your PC or Mac

    The most basic functionallity is missing from this app, namely adding your e-sig certificate to your computer to be able to be authenticated on government websites. Not worth your time.

  • User app

    The app is totally not user friendly. It took us more than two hours to figure out how to incorporate and edit an information in the certificates and still without success even after following the app video ( which is way to fast to follow). This should be straight forward!!!

    After many attempts it doesn’t recognize my ID. Very buggy app.

  • Convenient

    A very convenient and fast way to sign documents when you are abroad. Seems easy to use and very straightforward. I just wish more companies accepted this instead of asking you to sign papers in person!
