Needs Work
This app is good for transferring data from an iGPSport cycling computer to your phone or but that’s about it. Routing is almost non-usable the ride review screen is OK but the color indications on the map seem backwards (green is slower, red is faster). Some stuff in Chinese. I use it to transfer data to Ride With GPS. It’s a manual process but it works.

Decent app
Decent app, haven’t had any major issues. The map making feature however is broken and does not work. When inserting waypoints the automatic route maker will eventually route back to your end goal instead of adding additional waypoints and there is nothing you can do about it. It is so frustrating!
The app renders the device useless
I bought the latest IGP sport bsc300. Great product, value for money gps. And here begins the issue. App is pathetic. With a network having 260Mbps Internet speed, IGP app declared that the network is too slow. Cannot transfer the data to my phone. And cannot share it, cannot analyse it. I used Komoot to plot a map and connected it to the igs app and that it was able to send to the device. That is good. So a basic or a decent bike computer has two basic functions: map and stats. Now retrieving the data is a challenge. Don’t know if I need to send the device back.
This app finesse is where Garmin and wahoo beat igp. Their integration is seamless. I wish IGP sorts out this issue. If time is spent on improving the app, then I believe that the best VFM bike computer is in our hands.

Garbage App
App is garbage. I try to login directly through Apple (as I always have) and nothing happens. Network is fine. The app doesn’t even present an error message, it just doesn’t work. This effectively makes my iGPSPORT bike computer a useless tool as well. Do not buy their computers and avoid this app.
Cannot save maps

Just purchased my iGPSPORT BSC300.
I cannot upload new cycle routes to my device.
I select a route from your web page using the map, however, the map won’t save!
Please help me rectify this problem, without downloading maps the device is of no value!

It’s so glitchy
Last update ruined the whole experience for me. This app is glitch after glitch. I’ve been having problems since day 1. Once they fix one, a worse one appears. I’m sorry, it just doesn’t work.

Network Error
Couldn’t login into app, keep receiving “network error” despite full Wi-Fi and cellular connection. Hoping it’s just a server issue that gets resolved quickly.
Constant network errors
Really like the app when it works and the cycling computer that goes with this but god it’s frustrating when you can’t edit anything because the app won’t let you in due to a “network error”. :(
App doesnt work
It was working fine until i wanted to add new device , now all the time is saying timeout and network error , cant register logging or what ever please fix it finally. And yes i already send email to support …
