Good idea. Very badly made and non existant support
Bought on Banggood last July. Key arrived with empty battery. There are no instructions how to change it. Got a fresh one, installed. After some fiddling managed to setup and pair with the cage. Also SIM working ok. But the cage never recognises the key. So it gives alarms all the time it's moved. These alarms come by mail because this application doesn't recognises any alarms when not run in foreground. The technical support NEVER CARED to respondentów to e-mails.
The other guys bought two sets and one set also doesn't recognises the key. The other looses connection to the key stores in backpack on the bike.

Poor Documentation
I and my friend both installed MicroSim cards and attempted to install following instructions. We got to the pairing page, and the best we could get, working with help of AT&T geeks, was a cryptic “status: 2”. Could not find a phone number for support so emailed them and will send these devices back if we can’t get help in a few days. Very disappointing.heartfeltsong
Doesn’t work with iOS/iphone
After struggling for awhile I have been unable to get the latest version of the necessary app to work on my iphone/iOS device. It gets stuck on the first page and I cant get past it. Now I have to return a christmas present for the kids.Lazerus1
