How do I get a refund?
This doesn’t work at all for what I need. I have several group photos. They’re still shots, not burst or live. Each person (3 people) look good in a different photo. Everyone is standing the same. I just took a bunch of photos in succession. Yet there’s no option to do this. The photo has to be live or burst. What a waste of money.Show lessShainaME

Sorry, the algorithm only works for photos taken in quick succession. If you don’t use burst photos, Live Photos, or the built in camera, it won’t work. Did you pay for the app, will be glad to reimburse you. Sorry for your frustration.Just checked and yep! This is shonky!
Just had a read of the description in the App Store and the definitely are hiding the facts! The fact that you CANNOT use faces from different photos! You need to have used burst or live photos! THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!ElusiveT
