App worked fine before, now it crashes everytime I open in ios 15.judgejudy#1
Newest update broke the app for me
Used to work beautifully for me, up until two days ago I also only had to put my login in once and after that I just clicked agents every time I opened the app to see my schedule. Now I can’t launch the app. It either crashes immediately or goes to a white screen for around ten seconds and then crashes. Tried the basics like uninstalling, resetting phone, etc. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, 14.7.1 iOS, and my job does use okta sso. I am completely willing to change this rating once it’s fixed just unaware of any other way to pass this feedback upShow lessClaw1997
Doesn’t work
The recent update seems to have tanked the app. Just get a white screen then it crashes. Just had 2 weeks annual leave and had to phone to see what my rota was as I could no longer use the app. Not the first time it’s happenedskutternut

User Error isn’t an App Issue
App works fine for what it’s needed for. The rating tossed me a bit, but looking through the issues makes it clear most issues are either user issues or organizational issues.comaticdivinity

Very small size of words and numbers. I can’t change it.
Spend long time to find support page . After clicking, I am locked out and I can not log in any more no matter how I tried.
After selecting the time shift, the time will automatically change by itself. You need to double check before confirmation. Also it will not show up directly after you got approved. You need to go back to your shift and refresh.Show lessLiliruolan
