Next and back arrows have been introduced to facilitate seamless switching between different documents. Future Policy Status: Clients can now view the status of future transactions such as upcoming renewals, cancellations, and updates directly from their policy interface. Contact Support - Select Policies: select one or more policies from a dropdown menu when creating a support ticket. Improved the performance and user experience when accessing the “Add/View New Claims” or “Request” pages.
