iPhone 7 App Crashes
The app worked the very first time with transferring many videos and photos to the Bolt. Since then, the app crashes EVERY time, thus the app and the Bolt are now rendered useless. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Need Patch ASAP
This is a fantastic device and application that I have used since it became available, but the most recent app update (ver 1.2.15.2) has squashed its value altogether. Please fix!
I can no longer transfers files to the device from my iPhone, nor view the existing pictures on the device via my iPhone. If I try to view pictures, it immediately force closes the app without warning. When I try to transfer files to the device, it says that all files are transferred successfully, but that is false.

Disappointed
I don’t have any control over the files and it is too limited use. I easy-flash drive app worked much better with cheaper price usb. Not worth to buy Kingston product anymore.

Removed the delete option — why?!
I use this Bolt drive everyday for work to transfer a large number of photos (from my iPhone) to our desktop workstations. I originally loved the fact that when I selectively transferred photos via the Bolt app that it would ask if I wanted to Keep or Delete the files on the iPhone after the transfer to the drive. With this update it no longer does that, so now I have to go back and manually select 100+ photos everyday to delete after having already done it for the transfer. What a pain. I’ll definitely be looking for another brand if they don’t correct this fast.

Please restore delete functionality!
I’ve used Bolt for over a year now and really loved it. Used it to manage my photos and it’s worked beautifully. Then the delete function disappeared. That has made it practically useless. Please restore delete
Why why why you removed delete function??
Do the developer take user polling before deleting a functionality??? And what is the reason behind removing the delete functionality?? 😭😭😭

I bought this to make room on my 8+ Max. I only get the option to Keep or Cancel. Please update soon Kingston. I’ll glady give it 5 stars when that happens.
Won’t work with iPhone 6s iOS 13.3
My bolt. Cannot transfer files, contacts from iPhone. Creates empty folders. Works with iPhone 5 iOS 10.3.4. Hope for an update for iOS 13.3.
