Played this game since the first day it came out. Seen many things change upon it and it’s been a joke. Rarely have won anything and it always promotes buying coins and waisting money on this game. Also the tournaments are a joke. Same people on the top of the leaderboards every time and when you contact customer support they just say “oh no the game can’t be cheated it’s just some are luckier than others.” Very frustrating and makes the game seem like a complete joke...Show lessAnonymousGambler

The minimum bet amounts for most of the games in the Cabana Room now start at several hundred coins. Please fix it. People should be able to choose how many coins to play and not be restricted to specific levels. Also, it should be easier to change bet amount. The bets should also properly calculate out. If the coins per bet didn’t match the total bet amount on a real game, the regulators would have a fun time auditing you. For the game Jumpin’ Jack Cash, the only # of lines to play is 1024, the minimum bet is 20 coins per line, and the total bet is calculated to be 1000 coins. Did you guys all forget how to do simple math? The Help page for China Shoes says the minimum bet is 30 coins, but the minimum number of lines that can be played is 30, making the actual minimum bet 900 coins per pull. All pay lines and coins per line need to be reviewed and corrected if needed. Lastly, make sue each game opens with the minimum bet selected, not 4000 coins. We shouldn’t have to choose minimum bet every time we play. I’m not having problems with the games or the app. The games are wrong and need to be fixed.

No, your response doesn’t clarify anything. How does a 30 line bet of 30 coins per line equal a 1350 coin bet? Didn’t you developers take basic math? It should be a 900 coin bet. Many of your games have this miscalculation. You need to fix them all. You spouted in your response about optimizing the play, but you didn’t optimize anything. Taking a game that allows for a minimum bet of 30 coins (one coin per line) and changing the minimum bet to 900 coins means nothing to the players, even if you give them 8000 free coins an hour. Haven’t any of you actually gambled before? Spent any time in a casino? When you go into a casino, are you restricted which games you can play based on your level or how much money you have? No, you’re not. If you have minimum bet for a machine, you can play it. You don’t have to have $10 million to get into the high limit area, nor are you restricted to play certain games until your players card reaches a certain level. People want to play their favorite games and if they’re not available at one location, they’ll go to where it is available. Troubling change of rules
I was able to bet smaller amounts and now for some inexplicable reason am only able to bet 1600 as a minimum. I don’t lie this as soon I will have no coins left! 😩notluckyjustgood

There is something wrong with this app i had ten games left on the China shores game retriggered for 8 more spins so I should have had 18 total and it stayed at 8 spins left very disappointed that it did that.ctics78
