  • Version no longer supported?

Tried to open app, popup says “This version of the app is no longer supported, download new version” - downloaded new version, still get same popup - just loops back to App Store. How to resolve?
  • Not working and can’t update

Today, card manager gets a 1. It will not start but pops up a message saying this version is no longer supported. Going to App Store it does not allow me to up date but only start the same one. It’s Sunday and TechCU has no Tech Support! Shame on you!
  • Improved in the latest version

The card manager seems to have improved in UI and UX design in the latest version. It is less buggy and doesn’t seem as crash-prone.

Currently, it remains necessary to log in via the main TechCU app and then tap Card Manager from the hamburger menu to log into the Card Manager app.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your comment. To quickly provide our card holders with all the benefits of this wallet-style app, we made it available as a separate app. However, we're taking our members' comments to heart and are evaluating bringing this feature to the main app.
  • Useful but sad

When working, pings you w bank transactions, all or filterable. Asks you to set a Pin that should lock access to it, but never saves it and after crash re-asks you to set Pin. Thus app remains unsecured but wastes users’ time to continually recreate access Pin. Crashes every use, sometimes immediately. Layout only for small iPhone, though will expand to fit. Latest iOS on 12.9 pro gen 2.
  • Crashy

Crashy. Old UI has not been updated for new devices. Weirdly separated from main app for no obvious reason.

    Developer Response

An updated app will be released shortly to provide compatibility with new device sizes. We appreciate your patience.
  • confusing and frustrating!

For some reason, when “merchant controls” and “transaction controls” are considered “enabled”, even though the wordage says “allow these transactions/merchants”, it actually means those transactions ARE NOT allowed.

Also, I have stopped receiving the notifications when transactions occur (which stopped when my husband got the app — why should that stop me from getting notifications??)

Finally, despite confirming my Card Manager app via the Banking app, I get asked every time I open it to Re-verify that it’s me.

    Developer Response

Thank you for providing feedback. We passed your comments along to our developers. As for not receiving notifications, I suspect the reason is that your husband set his phone as the primary device for Card Manager. Unfortunately, at this point, only one device can be set to receive alerts.
  • This should be part of the main app

Each time I clicked on the push notifications, I have to open the main app and enter this app again - and then the notifications would be gone.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your comment. You can set up Touch ID or a passcode to log in directly to the Card Manager app. All your recent purchases will be under Transactions.
