Recent update has ruined decent game
The dev team for this game is out of touch with its fan base and at times seems out of touch with reality. This game is a cash grab pure and simple. They don’t care about the existing player base, all they care about is emptying the pockets of new players. The items you can buy are next to worthless endgame, but you won’t find that out now that this game has made it impossible to get there for new players. I urge you to stay away from this game and read the other recent reviews.
As a side note, I’ve personally invested enough that it’s embarrassing, so this is not coming from someone who expects to never pay for a game. Absolute trash experience.Show lessPapoGucci

Main question here is, are the devs wanting the game to die out? I know of around 100 people who have not logged back on or even been in the discord server since the update happened. By far the worse update I can ever recall for a mobile game. At the age of 41 I’ve played many mobile games and been F2P & P2P, but this update is/has killed this game. First, you gather a nice little community that really enjoy playing your game.
Second, you have extremely expensive microtransactions in your game but you make it OK because those who actually spend time playing your game and grinding the ONE ELEMENT you can grind, can still advance.
Third, you completely the element that allows you to grind and give your stable playing base no reason to stay.
Seriously Devs, you’ve got about 1 week before you lose your entrenched player base and a month before you lose your game altogether if you don’t fix the BF update.Show lessKallandy

Latest update which made changes to battle fortress has really impacted this game in a negative way. Limiting the amount of times you can complete BF has killed this game because it’s very hard to gather gold to upgrade equipment now.Akhfg
Bad Update
Have loved this game for 6 months. The new update however ruins the dynamic entirely. Everything requires gold and gems and the update adding a limit of 3 Boss Fortress matches a day cripples gaining both. That is if you manage to get a full team. Due to the limited runs and limited players in each bracket it can take hours of waiting now to get 4 active players with fortress tickets remaining to get a single run in let alone multiple. In the old format it took months to get a full element set and months more to refine it and work on rolling the right stats. That was assuming you were lucky and played daily and did boss fortress 40+ times a day to have enough gold for the endless fusions and perk rolling required. Keeping the costs the same but limiting the rate gold is obtained to less than 1/10 is just stupid. I will continue playing a little longer in hopes that the limit is lifted or the costs of fusing, blessing, upgrading and perk rolling is radically slashed. If they leave the game as is the developers are just ensuring that veterans will want to quit for lack of gameplay and new players will take years to catch up to a player with a month or more of play behind them.Show lessDamiusx
Demise of great game
All good things must come to an end, and sadly this game goes out with a whimper. Long time loyal players were rewarded for their loyalty by being told that they play too much and you are no longer wanted here.
Boss Fortress was once a place where newbs and experienced players gathered to unlock secrets and forge the best equipment to move up to Demi-God status. Hidden Gem 100%
This game is amazing. You can tell the developers put a lot of time and passion into making this fantastic piece of art. My only issue is that their is no (Dodge Button) which defeats the strategy aspect due to not being able to avoid enemy strikes, especially from bosses. Really good game
Been playing this for about a week. All in all a good grinding rpg. Play the daily events and quest and you’ll have what you need to play. Not to much money put in so far. You can spend but so far haven’t had the need to.J_Mikel13
