Microphone not detecting any sounds.
It was working fine for the first couple of days. I really enjoyed it. Great analysis on speaking practices and you can see the results straight away. However, after a few days the app started not detecting any sounds. I tried with and without headphones, spoked really loud, and deleted the app and downloaded again. Yet, every time I try speaking it says ‘silence detected’ and does not record my voice. It’s a shame. It works fine on my laptop.. but I wanted to use on my phone so I can practice anywhere.Show lessSophia J Lee

During mock tests questions keep skipping without giving a chance to answer the question and it is frustrating as it affects the score and also there’s no way to restart a test without completing the one which we started. Support team is not responsive to questions at all.pri247
