No longer working
I was loving tracking my puppies growth, but the app has been saying error - restart app for several days now.
Lovely
I love this app because I am able to track my cats deworming and when I have to do his nails and I get notifications so it’s a win-win I found a lot of apps very confusing but this one’s quite simple and it’s great I only have one pet so I’m using the free version.
Love it but…
Absolutely love it. Have a dog that I’m tracking chronic issues with. Some data charts would be helpful and the file upload does not work at all. A handy thing would be add custom behaviors to the behavior tracker, I hate how limited that is and it doesn’t apply at all to true animal behavior it applies to human emotions. I’d prefer to track apatite, energy levels, etc. this is a feature that is being very poorly used. I can’t upload a single thing, I’ve reached out and hopefully they respond or see this bc I was loving the app until I couldn’t upload her vet records at all. Now I won’t bother adding my other 4 dogs to it until this is fixed or I’ll have to find another app.

距離以下舊評論大概有三年的時間了，app開發者無視語言問題這麼久，最近終於新增中文、日文跟一些其他語言，但是一選這些語言就會閃退，且之後完全打不開app，必須刪掉重載，但重載後還是不能用中文和其他新語言，不然又會進入閃退跟重載的輪迴，真的不知道一個app做成這樣是怎麼上線賺錢的，1500丟水裡還能餵魚，付給這間公司完全沒用

他們大改版前，一直說不付費以後就不能用，為了寵物的資料我就花1500台幣買了終身會員，結果他們改版後直接把中文砍掉，根本看不懂^^ 那些醫學名詞的英文誰會啊？？？？強力要求把中文加回來，不要逼使用者付費後就置之不理！！！！！！

Great support system. Using the app for a couple of years now, too bad you have to pay for it now to add more than one pet. Had an issue recently and it was fixed very quickly by the app-support.

Has potential, but it’s too slow and unreliable
I’ve used 11Pets to manage my dog’s health, anxiety logs, and medications — and while the idea is great, the app just doesn’t hold up in practice.
• The app is painfully slow, even on a brand-new iPhone.
• Reminders don’t trigger, which nearly caused me to miss a worming treatment.
• Uploading photos or switching between pets lags or fails.
I want to love this app, but it’s not stable or fast enough for daily use. It needs serious performance improvements and a fix for the broken notification system. Until then, it’s more stress than support.

It’s a trick
Was very helpful in tracking my sick puppies information. Claimed 100% free use forever. Suddenly I had no access to my dogs information after a year unless I paid. It was out of my budget, so I ended up just abandoning the app. Now they are having issues and sending me email to give them a good review 2 years later. Shame! Karma.

Приложение отличное. Пользовалась несколько лет. Есть напоминания, что подходит время вакцинации или иной обработки. Все данные о здоровье питомца в одном приложении. У зверя много операций было, все по датам не запомнишь, все вносила сюда. Мне лично было очень удобно.

I started using this app years ago when it was a simple, intuitive, and incredibly handy tool. I relied on it so much that I decided to invest in the lifetime package, trusting that it would continue to serve me well. Unfortunately, that trust was completely shattered.
Shortly after I upgraded, the app was overhauled—and not for the better. The once-clean and user-friendly interface was cluttered with ads and unnecessary features, completely stripping away the intuitive experience that made it so valuable in the first place. But the worst part? The update wiped out all my data—several years’ worth of critical information, including records for multiple animals.
I reached out to customer service, expecting some level of responsibility or assistance. Instead, after multiple back-and-forth exchanges, I got nowhere. My data was never recovered, and my request for a refund was ignored.
Losing such valuable information because of an irresponsible update is beyond frustrating—it’s unacceptable. I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
