Cannot control the volume on macbook

This is a joke. App is not stable and on top of that can reduce the volume. Actually cannot control the player at all.

Buggy. Tends to get stuck on iPad air13”

It’s always a gamble to see if I’ll be able to see anything. Tends to get stuck with either a blank black screen after the logo shows, or shows me outlines of where content items should be - all blank. Sometimes shutting my iPad Air 13” off and back on helps, sometimes not.

50% of the times I start the app, it shows a “try again” error message. Will be canceling my subscription.
